Any individual purchasing a room night through Trails is eligible for membership to the Trails CLUB ONE Program. There is no additional enrollment fee.
		Membership to the Trails CLUB ONE Program is open to individuals who are above 18 years of age at the time of joining the Program.

	Only one enrollment per individual will be accepted. To apply for membership, an individual must fill in the Enrollment Form, complete in all respects.
	The Trails CLUB ONE Membership is not transferable. The Trails CLUB ONE Program benefits and privileges can be availed only by the Members and their spouses, whose name appears on the Membership Card.
	The member is responsible for notifying any change in contact details, in writing, to the Trails CLUB ONE Program Centre.
	Membership is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of enrollment and will be renewed by the Trails CLUB ONE Program Centre subject to the member meeting the renewal requirements.
	Trails reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant, revoke membership of any member, or withdraw an upgrade to any existing member, at its discretion without assigning any reason.
	Trails reserves the right to modify or close the Program or any part thereof at any time and also reserves the right to adjust the value of the points or the discount percentages when necessary at any time without notice or assigning any reason with or without prior notification.
	The benefits available through this Program are subject to the laws of India and are also governed by the terms and conditions and the Trails CLUB ONE Variable Benefit Chart set by Trails from time to time.
	Fraud or abuse of the Trails CLUB ONE Program is subject to appropriate administrative or legal action by Trails, including termination of membership.
	All disputes or differences between the parties in connection with the Trails CLUB ONE Program shall be referred to the sole arbitrator appointed by the Directors of R.S. Hospitality Services Ltd, owners of the brand ‘Trails’. The arbitration shall be conducted as per the prevailing arbitration laws/rules. The venue of such arbitration shall be Bangalore.
	No CLUB Points will be awarded and No benefit of the Trails CLUB ONE program can be availed if the Trails CLUB ONE Membership Card is not presented at the time of transaction.
	Trails holds no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with regard to type, quality of goods or services provided by the third parties to the Trails CLUB ONE Program.
	CLUB Points earned have no equivalent cash value and can be used only to redeem gifts/services as specified in the program. CLUB Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
	CLUB Points earned are valid for the 3-year membership period and should be redeemed before the membership expires. Even though the membership may be renewed, points earned will not be carried forward and will lapse at the end of the 3-year membership period. Grace of 3 months over the 3-year period will be allowed for redemption.
	No CLUB Points are earned for complimentary stays.
	Redemptions are subject to availability of rooms.
	No redemptions will be allowed during specified periods mentioned in the Trails CLUB ONE Variable Benefits chart.
	By enrolling into the Trails CLUB ONE Program, the member authorizes Trails as also any of its Partners, to use data stored on the member, for marketing and communication purposes.
	Trails will not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond its control that may cause a delay or inability to fulfill requests of the Members.
	The decision of Trails in respect to the Trails CLUB ONE Program will be final and binding.
	Entry into the Trails CLUB ONE Program is deemed acceptance of all terms and conditions therein.
	Only Indian nationals and People of Indian Origin are eligible to apply for membership in the Trails CLUB ONE Program.
	Employees of Trails, Trails managed resorts and Trails partner resorts are not eligible to apply for membership in the Trails CLUB ONE Program.
	It shall be our endeavor to continue our association with the managed and partner resorts, however, Trails shall be at liberty to associate or disassociate with any resort from time to time.
